Fisher's Ghost Art Award 2024
I have been selected as a Finalist in The Fisher’s Ghost Art Award, an annual art award and exhibition inviting artists to submit works in a variety of artistic categories and mediums. Now in its 62nd year, there is over $60,000 in prize money to be won across the categories. In 2024, the celebrated Open Award, which is acquisitive to the Campbelltown City Council Art Collection, is valued at $50,000.
Open Studio: Australian Ceramics
Australian Ceramics Open Studios is an annual, nationwide, weekend event that celebrates clay, community and creativity. Hosted by The Australian Ceramics Association, ceramics studios around Australia open their doors to offer a peek into their making, practical demonstrations and the chance to take home a handmade piece.
Open Studio: Craft + Design Canberra Festival
Visit Maricelle’s studio at the Canberra Potters Society and discover the space in which she creates one-off medium to large scale ceramic art pieces inspired by her homeland of South Africa. There is also an opportunity to purchase small, colourful unique ceramic vases.

The Fleurieu Biennale Art Prize returns in 2024. It will be exhibited at the Fleurieu Arthouse in the heart of McLaren Vale from 8 June - 14 July 2024. Artists are invited to submit artworks (2D or 3D) exploring the theme A Sense of Place.
