For more than 25 years, the Fleurieu Art Prize has been a flagship event on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula. Bringing together some of the finest local and interstate visual artists with the best of the region’s food, wine, beaches and countryside, the Fleurieu Art Prize is a unique initiative which celebrates Australian visual art while retaining and celebrating the community spirit of the region.
Maricelle Olivier’s work “It is not as it Seems” has been shortlisted for the 2024 Fleurieu Biennale Art Prize.
The opening night event starts at 6pm, on Friday June 7 at the Fleurieu Arthouse Gallery in Hardys Tintara, 202 Main Road McLaren Vale. The winner will be announced on the night and will be on the website the next day.
The exhibition will be open until Sunday July 14, Monday to Sunday 11am - 4pm.
